Q: What’s the minimum order quantity?
A: While there is no exact minimum requirement, we do recommend starting a quote around 1,000 pieces. Getting you a competitive price point can depend on the details of your label, but we are happy to discuss options with you and guide you so that you get the best pricing possible!
Q: How long does it take to get my labels?
A: Lead times vary based on factors like order volume, color complexity, inspection requirements and other factors. The standard turnaround is typically 5–15 business days, depending on your order details. Rush options may be available if you need a faster turnaround.
For the most accurate timeline, we recommend discussing your specific needs with our team at the time of quoting. Once we have the details of your account and order, we’ll be able to provide a more precise estimated production timeline. We’re committed to keeping you informed and moving quickly so you get your labels when you need them.
Q: Can you help with design?
A: Absolutely! Our expert design team knows labels inside and out. Whether you need a little tweak or a full redesign, we’ll make sure your labels look as great as your product deserves. For best print quality and results, we have an artwork guide so you can use this to review and make sure your art is print-ready.
Q: How do I know what material is best for my label?
A: Great Question! Factors like durability, application surface, application process, and product environment all play a role. It’s important to have all these details early in the process so we can provide the best quality label possible. Tell us what your label needs to endure, and we’ll help you pick the perfect material. We can also send you some to test. If you’re unsure what you’re currently using you can send us a sample and we can tell you.
Q: What specialty materials do you offer?

Q: Can you match my brand and/or current label colors?
A: Whether you need a specific Pantone or want to replicate an existing color, we’ve got the tools and processes to deliver great results. While artwork setup, print shop processes, and equipment (as well as expectations) can vary, we always recommend consulting with us and verifying a printed sample to ensure the color we produce meets your approval.
Q: What’s the proofing process like?
A: You’ll receive a detailed digital proof to review before we print, making it easy to approve your labels. If you need changes, no problem—we won’t proceed until you’re completely satisfied with your design.
For most types of labels, we also offer printed proofs. We recommend reviewing a printed proof to ensure the quality, color accuracy, and material meet your expectations before moving forward with production. In some cases it may be required before production.
